Fiona was a registrar when I was an anaesthetic trainee and we shared many days and nights on labour ward. She had an abolute abilty to deal with high stress situatione effectively and took the team with her, making sure mothers and babies were looked after. She also had a wicked sense of humour which was invaluabel in that kind of environment.

Fiona also looked after me after I had my daughter and these are my fondest memories of her - she was so kind and made me feel really well taken care of.l

I will miss her.
