I hope FIona's family will find strength in knowing how very much she was loved and admired by her many 'work' friends across the UK. I am one of the 'Tommy's Charity' colleagues- from the London Centre- and knew Fiona well; we were good chums. I admired her for so much- always friendly, always wanting to share everything, yet also for saying things as they should be said, and sticking up for what was right. We have just remembered Fiona at an on line diabetes in pregnancy meeting which she used to attend with colleagues from all over the UK. We shall all miss her very much indeed.
