I worked with Fiona during the set up of a clinical study between 2014-2015. Fiona was one of the most passionate researchers I have ever worked with; her drive to improve the lives of mothers and babies across the country was inspiring. She was an incredibly well respected researcher who successfully brought together a large number of people to help move important research forwards. As well as being highly motivated, determined and hard working, she was calm, gentle and listened to absolutely everyone, regardless of their role in the research project. My deepest sympathies go to her family and friends, she was a shining light and accomplished so much in her short time with us. She'll be missed by all who knew her.
