Fiona welcomed me to the Centre for Reproductive Health many years ago, and we have enjoyed collaborations and discussions ever since. She thought outside the box, reached across the aisles of scientific disciplines, and brought tremendous energy to her work. I will greatly miss her respect for others, warm character, interest in the well-being of others, sense of humour, desire for fair play, authenticity, dedication, and ability to build others up. I offer my sincere condolences to her family at this sad time and always.
